He had me back on the road in about 15 minutes, fixed the tire quickly, and only charged me a minimal fee. I truly appreciated his kindness, honesty, and quick service.

“Had a very noticeable vibration around 70 mph after getting new tires mounted and balanced. I had Elmo Tire re-balance the tires, and the vibration was gone. Very satisfied with this quality shop.”

Hope is a pleasure to talk to and always ensures a timely diagnosis review of all problems, big or small. You can call and speak with her or even text if that better fits your daily agenda. The last 2 occasions I had to have work done was October on my wife's Kia and today on my daughters Ford. Each time the group at Myers identified the issue within hrs and got us back up and on our way. Hope has stayed after hours to receive payment and/or turn my keys back over. I could go on and on but just know Myers is the best there is outside of taking your vehicle to a manufacturers dealership service department and of course way more cost efficient as well.”

The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the extra work that was put into the job. Even went so far to do a retest and charged me nothing. Always ready to answer any questions you may have about your service snd to advise you to or not to do certain work which you might not need. Thusly saving you even more money. “The staff who took care of me, I think her name was Rachael, was friendly and took cRe in a timely manner. She took time afterwards to help me figure out why my car isn't receiving text messages .when she couldn't figure it out she sent another employee out who also was not successful. I appreciate the time spent however its still not working. Also my mobile app is still showing I only have 6% oil left and need to schedule service which the oil was just changed. Can't figure out how to change that . But I was pleased with the 2 employees who took the time to try to assist me”

“Picture this. It’s Thursday night 8:00PM and I’m driving from NW Indiana to Philadelphia, PA to watch my son wrestle. It should take about 11 hours. It’s me and 4 kids - 11, 8,7, and 3 years old. I’m about half way through when my battery light comes on. I’m driving a 2014 Honda Odyssey with 200,000 miles. It’s dark, I look to see the nearest gas station and it tells me 20+ miles. That can’t be right - I think. Next, the swerve tire signal comes on and the electric starts acting funny. I’m a 45 year old man and I don’t get scared … but I’m actually scared. More for my kids. I pull off to the next exit in North Lima, Ohio - praying to God to find an auto repair shop. Now, the van won’t start and I’m on hold with AAA. They never answer. I quick see that there is a Holiday Inn Express down the street and have my 11 year old daughter drive while I push the van. Windows and doors wide open because the electric was gone. We get it parked and get a room. Friday morning I call 5 different places and leave messages literally begging them to help. I still wanted to get to the tournament, but more importantly wanted to get there and home safely with my kids. John was the only person who called me back. He said the was very very busy, but thought it was the alternator and suggested I try to drive it over. I couldn't believe it when it started right up. I get there and he diagnoses it and says for me leave it with him for a few hours and that he’d try to get it in. He has his friend Paul drive me back so I can be with my kids in the hotel (who were all still sleeping). 1.5 hours later it’s fixed. Paul drives my van out to me and I drive back to pay my bill. I get to the tournament in Philly and back home without any problems. John is an honest, caring, and skillful mechanic. He cares about people and loves what he does. If I lived anywhere near North Lima, Ohio he’d be my guy. I highly recommend John for any auto services needed - from oil changes to tune-ups. He’s honest and one of the best.”

Kyle Betsa was our salesman we worked with and he was so patient and took quite a bit of time, as I was undecided on the Forester or the Crosstrek . I finally decided on the Forester as I had them previously and was more familiar, although they are both great cars and my husband and I have had many other cars and trucks.
