It’s Friday and they’re closed at 4pm. Wonder why their memberships are on a decline.

I’m new to citizens and used the bank for the first time today and had a very pleasant experience. The line was long and with only 2 tellers they both were working efficiently and still friendly. Nicci was my teller and she was great.
