“A couple months ago my wife and I came into CPR for a battery replacement on an Iphone SE. For some reason the phone would not accept the battery and kept turning off and then on. The battery was getting hot and the technician could not understand what was going on especially since the battery was genuine apple. He even called Apple Tech support and even they could not understand what was going on. Long story short CPR truly tried to solve this issue and took care of the problem. They were very hard working and friendly and appreciate the willingness to work with us. We would definitely come back to CPR for future repairs.”
“The first time Sears was out, I was the first call in an 8-5 window. However, the service guy did not fix the problem and I had to schedule another appointment. They scheduled another window of 8-5. There were no text updates even though I had signed up for them. They ended up rescheduling for 2 days later at 5:30pm. “I brought my vintage 1992 Technics SU-G95 amplifier with integrated circuitry to doc. He replaced the entire power supply, and re soldered the mother board and cleaned it. The cost was affordable. My amp sounds better now then when I first bought it. I am extremely excited about it. In my opinion, Doc's work exceeded my expectations.In addition, they referred me to Nick Dorazio in Florida to get my speakers rebuild. Nick replaced the cones with professional, thicker paper cones, larger voice coils and then testing it's capabilities.Both are willing to work on, repair and modify items that others refuse to.Doc's is a family ran business that has been in the area for a very long time.Both are very easy to talk to.”
