She was very caring and concerned about me I have a severe latex free allergy and I had a allergic reaction to a couple of latex balloons that were in the store. I told the lady working there that I wasn't feeling good and I'm having a reaction to the balloons she came over and made sure I was okay and walked me out to my car and made sure I made it safely to my car! 3-15-26”

I've never had a bad experience there. In the era where big corporations are pushing out smaller "Mom and Pop Stores" I'm so glad this place has endured. “Drive thru...The wait to pick up prescriptions is always at least 20 minutes or more depending on if you get there when it's not busy or there's a ton of cars. It's not anyone's fault, just a busy Pharmacy. The agent at the window was super nice & smiling, I thought I was on Mars somewhere, no one now a days is that nice. It was a female & she was just the sweetest thing, it was hard to believe, but she was very good & fast.”

“Crazy to me that people complain about pharmacists getting a lunch break to eat their food and go to the bathroom and catch a breather WHILE ALSO being on a lunch break ? And then have the nerve to complain about them doing what they want during their LUNCH BREAK. So who cares if they want to talk about their weekend while they’re ON BREAK <~~~ you’re doing what you want on your lunch break. Why do you get a lunch break but no one else does? Why do you get to leave your job to pick up a prescription but a pharmacist is not allowed the same courtesy ?
And ALSO. Check the Ohio State Board of pharmacy. It is a state law that they have to close for a half an hour during the day. You want to complain? Complain to the people who make the rules. Not the company who’s following the rules.
I stand for pharmacies and the people getting time to take a breath so other people aren’t harmed due to pharmacists being overworked and stressed out. I stand for them getting A SECOND to check on their mental health so they don’t commit suicide because of the strenuous work load that is strapped on to them every single day. Have some courtesy.”

More than once, they've found me a coupon or a discount and saved me a bunch of money. They always make a point of letting me know when my drugs have interactions. I can't recommend them enough.”

“I went in to pick up my prescriptions that I desperately needed for insomnia and when I arrived I was notified that the wouldn't be ready until the next day due to a mix up with my doctors, and I was about to buy one of them over the counter when the exceptionally nice pharmacy tech trainee Timothy went out of his way to fill ALL of my prescriptions while I shopped. I got everything I needed with zero problems. Timothy deserves to be a full time employee!”

“I had a terrible experience @ Mahoning Ave Walgreens & Tippecanoe Walgreens saved us. I have a sick 2 year old who needed her antibiotic, long story short- they told me the script wasn't quite ready, to swing back around the building & it should be ready by the time i made it back through the line. When i pulled back around there were 2 cars ahead of me, and those cars took 20 minutes to make in through the line. When I got back up to the window, all the lights shut off, the staff inside stood at the drive thru window looking at me, didn't come over the speaker to tell me they were sorry but they were closed and to call another pharmacy to have the script filled- nothing. They were standing in the dark, looking at me, clocked out, and left. Leaving my 2 year old with no antibiotic.
That's when I called Tippecanoe Walgreen's and the staff was so kind and so helpful. If I could've gone in to hug the woman who helped us, I would have. They had our script filled in under 5 minutes and they were so generous and remorseful toward the experience we had @ Mahoning Ave Walgreens. I wish i knew the name of the woman who helped us, I'd love to thank her personally.”
