“Switched to accudose pharmacy, best thing we did for my husbands prescriptions. The pills are divided equally in packages for each morning, afternoon, and night. The pills are very organized. They also have medicine for animals which can be filled there and delivered. Very convenient”

“I've been a customer at Lincoln Knolls Pharmacy for quite a few years. I wouldn't consider another pharmacy. Todd, Don, and Ashley are all personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I've never had a bad experience there. In the era where big corporations are pushing out smaller "Mom and Pop Stores" I'm so glad this place has endured. “Drive thru...The wait to pick up prescriptions is always at least 20 minutes or more depending on if you get there when it's not busy or there's a ton of cars. It's not anyone's fault, just a busy Pharmacy. The agent at the window was super nice & smiling, I thought I was on Mars somewhere, no one now a days is that nice. It was a female & she was just the sweetest thing, it was hard to believe, but she was very good & fast.”
“I'm so confused how this pharmacy is rated so poorly. I have been using them for years and they far exceed my expectations every time! I have had nothing but kind and positive interactions with all of the employees. They are super helpful with insurance issues that may arise and if your insurance won't cover a medication they always seem to find huge discounts making much needed medications actually affordable!”

“Hi I just wanted to write a nice review and thank the lady who works there can't remember her name? She was very caring and concerned about me I have a severe latex free allergy and I had a allergic reaction to a couple of latex balloons that were in the store. I told the lady working there that I wasn't feeling good and I'm having a reaction to the balloons she came over and made sure I was okay and walked me out to my car and made sure I made it safely to my car! 3-15-26”

“Crazy to me that people complain about pharmacists getting a lunch break to eat their food and go to the bathroom and catch a breather WHILE ALSO being on a lunch break ? And then have the nerve to complain about them doing what they want during their LUNCH BREAK. So who cares if they want to talk about their weekend while they’re ON BREAK <~~~ you’re doing what you want on your lunch break. Why do you get a lunch break but no one else does? Why do you get to leave your job to pick up a prescription but a pharmacist is not allowed the same courtesy ?
And ALSO. Check the Ohio State Board of pharmacy. It is a state law that they have to close for a half an hour during the day. You want to complain? Complain to the people who make the rules. Not the company who’s following the rules.
I stand for pharmacies and the people getting time to take a breath so other people aren’t harmed due to pharmacists being overworked and stressed out. I stand for them getting A SECOND to check on their mental health so they don’t commit suicide because of the strenuous work load that is strapped on to them every single day. Have some courtesy.”

“I went in to pick up my prescriptions that I desperately needed for insomnia and when I arrived I was notified that the wouldn't be ready until the next day due to a mix up with my doctors, and I was about to buy one of them over the counter when the exceptionally nice pharmacy tech trainee Timothy went out of his way to fill ALL of my prescriptions while I shopped. I got everything I needed with zero problems. Timothy deserves to be a full time employee!”

“The employees are so nice and don't hesitate to ask you if you need any help! This store is always clean and organized. You can get your prescriptions there and pick up milk, ice cream, hair color, diapers and whatever else you need all at the same time. They are always well stocked when I've been in there. Plenty of parking. They take some Over The Counter insurance cards (don't know which one's). All in all this Walgreens is better than most in my eyes! Try it out!”
