I cannot bank here with my sister does and I needed to put money in her account. Their policy change though and you can no longer deposit cash so I had to run to the post office and get a money order and then go back to the bank. But the person working was very friendly.

Stood in front of a teller for 7 seconds as she was tapping her watch, never even looked up. I was there for an appointment to close my account but must say they better appreciate Erica who was a pleasure to speak with she is absolutely an asset to PNC and I hope they acknowledge her professional demeanor and pleasant manner.
