The first mistake is not having a full staff in the evening hours despite that being the most convenient hours when people can come in. The second mistake is checking customers in and prioritizing those who come in and complain over the ones who have been checked in and patiently waiting. The third is helping someone else out queue because your system let them make an appointment at 6 pm when standing in line waiting to get in queue at 5:55 pm. That’s unfair to everyone else, like me, waiting for over an hour! I will take my money elsewhere. It’s not me losing out on commission due to the subpar customer service.

If u have 40 mins to kill, this is the place for you. Went there to find a family plan for 4 lines and got nowhere. Cindy was so kind enough to waste my whole family's time asking me 20 questions to get me this ridiculous quote after everything. When she was in the back doing whatever she was doing, another employee was walking by and answered my only two questions I had in 5 mins. I only wanted to know if there is a family plan and what the promos are. I have bought and sold cars faster than her methods (she said it's company methods). It's cool to milk the clock, but ur also wasting someone else's time.

Sales rep lied about promotions and pricing. Said first 6 months were free for anyone new signing up thats disabled or on government programs. That was a lie. Cancled my service bc who pay 120 for 50mps down? Contacted support they refuse to accept the fact i mailed the equipment back( i gave them ups tracking number). Im disabled and cant drive and am homebound. It took a little over 30 days to get it dropped off but i made sure i did. Still being charged for it and they refuse to work with me. Reporting to FTC

Been coming to this store for years and the experience is almost always the same: 1. Stand and wait for 20 minutes. 2. Get stuck with a rep for an hour or more because there's an "issue" with my account. 3. Leave with a new problem that I have to deal with in a couple of months, again.
I brought in a phone for trade-in, several months ago. I was told they had to "cancel" it and resubmit it before they could accept it. The rep said the trade-in credit would show up in a few months, but knowing this store, I was skeptical. Sure enough, *they* screwed up the whole trade-in by cancelling it. And after returning to the store, waiting an hour, their solution was to hand me a piece of paper with their customer support number to file a dispute. For their mistake, that would cost me $800...
I dread coming to this store and it's seriously making me consider leaving Verizon forever.

I went here after I just received my new iPhone in the mail. I came to Verizon to get help with putting my case on and screen protector. Every associate was busy at the moment so I waited for about 10 minutes. That’s fine. When one of the guys were done, he asked me what I needed, told me to have a seat, then took the next customer who came in after me. They just walked in a minute before I was finally greeted. While waiting another 10ish minutes, he was still with the next customer. I finally decided to do it myself instead of being ignored/sitting in one spot for something that takes less than 5 minutes. I ended up doing it myself and walked out.

I wanted information about activation of an iPhone 14 to video chat with my family that also have iPhone's. I was charged for the activation. I haven't had an account in quite some time. Nevertheless, once I found out that you didn't need an account to video chat with anyone who has an iPhone, all you need is internet. I canceled the service and was still charged the activation fees. I checked the service plan and am still being charged for a phone that isn't activated. It was activated just over 2 weeks.

BEAWARE !! I went into the store to add my own phone and purchase a tablet. I only have internet home 5g internet.
They seem like all nice people gave me quote I looked it over I decided to go with it. My bill for bringing my own phone, a tablet, home 5g internet went from 50 dollars to 225 dollars a month on my next bill estimate.
I decided to look around on my account the sales person added 40 dollar insurance, two or three perks put me on the highest plan Verizon has to offer.
Never once went over the different plans or even asks me hey do you want insurance, or do you want these perks.
After going through and undoing what they did I got It down from 225 down to 169 a month.

Salesman was a liar. Don't believe them when they talk about phones. They came around talking about internet. I got the internet cuz I heard good things from ppl ik. They asked about my phone. I switched. The one told me that cuz I got a phone threw them two instead of the store I would only pay sales tax and would not have to make monthly payments on the phone. Liars. I look in my app and it shows I'm making monthly payment. This is not how u keep new customers. Bunch of liars work here. Edit: as I had no access to my bill I was finally able to get it sent to my email. I was told by the salesmen it would be $90 a month. $80 for internet $10 for the phone. Liars and scammers. Bill said $336. The hell is wrong with yall. I have changed my phone back to T-mobile and will b keeping Spectrum for my internet. Screw yall

The people at this store are knowledgeable and very friendly. While they do try to sell you products, which is a matter of course because these positions are commission based, they do not pressure you into buying things you do not need.

Almost all of the employees and managers at this store are extremely rude. Also, it’s not worth my time to air all of my grievances with Verizon. Just beware if you’re a new customer they’re extremely nice, but like someone else said, as soon as you need anything they can’t meet sales numbers or quotas on, no one there is interested in helping.
Edited: after reading more reviews I agree. If you’re a new customer, or getting a new phone everyone there is great. As soon as they have you though then no one is interested in helping. Must not be what they make their money on. Also, $50.00 to use Move To IOS or the direct iPhone to iPhone transfer is criminal.

Update to what is below. finally got a phone on 1-29-24 . After spending almost 2 hours at this store and not being able to transfer all my stuff to it I took it home and realized that it's got an device administration app on it blocking function and apps. i can't the app delete or stop it . Upon investigation it seem someone outside of me is able to monitor what I use my phone for and do ( talk about privacy violation). You failed Verizon.Shop elsewhere ! Was in the store on 1-23-24 for a phone issue. Because I pay for insurance I was told they would overnight me a phone the next day. No phone showed up went back to the store 2 days later on 1-25-24 asking where the is my phone that I was told would be shipped overnight. Someone named Josh looked into it and couldn't find anything so the 2 previous employee's lied about them putting it in for a new replacement phone. Fast forward to today 1-26-24 yet another day without a phone and more lies about getting a phone the next day.. The tracking number link just says that the label is created still don't have a phone and one isn't even on the way . Why on earth would anyone pay $130 dollars a month for a service that you can't hold up to your end of the deal Verizon great way to lose a 20 year customer that's spent probably $20,000 on their services. Verizon next day means next day not 2 days or 5 days.. beware spend your money on a company that deserves it they could care less about their customers as long as they make profit so let's all go elsewhere and take their profits elsewhere
