“This Zanesville location was amazing! The store is huge, so many great deals! I went in looking for a specific halloween decoration however it wasn't in stock.. but there was PLENTY of super cute & fun holiday decor to choose from. I wish I would have been able to spend more time in the store, but unfortunately, I was on a tight schedule. Checkout was quick & and easy. Employees were courteous & polite. Definitely will be going back next time I'm in the area to scope out more deals!”
“The store is one of the few survivors of our local economy. They're hay day was in the 1980s for me personally but they still strive to sell good clothes in a safe and clean environment.”

“I had a great customer service experience yesterday, 05/17/23, at this location. We had left some items on hold to be picked up on Monday, I called and asked the store to extend their hold which they willingly did. I went on Wed (yesterday) to finally pick up the items and one of the items was missing. The description I had was extremely generic and I had a general idea from where it was originally picked up. Amber (one of the staff members), was soo nice in trying to help me sift through the clearance section to try to find it. Upon my request, she even went in the back to see if it was still on hold (the other person could've missed it) .. and she found it!!! She said it was fallen on a different shelf. The item wasn't even worth much, but it was the effort and true customer service that I was impressed with!!! There was no frustration on anyone's face or in their voice. With stores continuing to be understaffed and work load continuing to increase, I'm impressed that kohls is able to maintain professionalism in dealing with their customers and a special shout-out to Amber who was willing to go on a wild goose hunt to find one item for me!! THANK YOU!!”
“The staff is good. They understand very well what you need to do. I went their for fave waxing. The lady did mine was very nice. She did a nice job. I feel safe and comfortable coming here. Also the salon is well cleaned, social distancing is taken care of.”
