“I'm happy the coffee and popcorn are back. The employees couldn't do enough to help me when I go in there. MY pets favorite snack is finally there but cheaper everywhere else. The square filled dog bones. Without the rawhide. Rawhide about killed my dog, last year. It was stuck in him. He couldn't eat or drink for like 4 or 5 days I had to force water down his throat, every couple hours, to keep him alive. And they can't digest it anyway .so. Risky for any animal.”

“I'm sure all of the installers at American Light are excellent, but if you have the chance, ask for Jacob and Robert. They were professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented throughout the entire installation. Rather than simply completing the job, they took the time to identify and address potential future issues with our motorized screen before they became problems. They also made sure we understood how the system worked and how to maintain it properly. Their expertise and customer service were truly appreciated!”

“Recently, I traveled from Texas to Ohio to complete a construction project. During my time there, I visited this Home Depot to purchase materials, and I was truly impressed by the quality of service and the people who assisted me. Shane, Russell, and a young lady named Gwen—as well as others whose names I unfortunately do not recall—were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made the experience genuinely pleasant, filled with smiles and a strong sense of human warmth. I sincerely appreciate the way I was treated. Thank you all, and may God bless you always.”

“While I always prefer Lowe's over Home Depot, I can say that I've found myself shopping here from time to time, especially when I'm in Zanesville visiting my parents. They always want to either go shopping or work on a project. Usually if Lowe's doesn't have what we're looking for, we'll check Home Depot since it's right across the street and 85% exactly the same. Over the summer we came by to browse through their plant selection. We started at Lowe's and after not finding what we wanted, stumbled over here. While they also didn't have what we were looking for, the staff was nice and everyone was wearing masks. It is always organized and put together. While things aren't the easiest to find, an employee (if you can find one) can usually track it down rather well. Honestly, I can't believe this place hasn't gotten a Yelp review since 2015 but I suppose today is the day. If you're headed to this Home Depot, you'll get what you expect.”

“I had a frustrating morning. The pedestal for the washer didn’t fit. The delivery said it was defective and said take it up with the store, because the 1-800 number for damaged goods said it was an accessory and weren’t responsible. I went to the store where Tina in appliances started researching. She called for a install check which they refused, which honestly would’ve fixed the issue. She found an install video. We watched it. During the video, I said I think the installer”

“Love the Zanesville Restore. I love the daily live videos they do. While working I can listen and check out the new inventory or the new mark downs. Most items are very fair priced. I got a beautiful sold oak sleigh bed for $75. Staff was great about assisting me in loading it. Visited a second time and found an 8 person setting full china dinnerware set for $40. The staff again was great in wrapping each item to avoid damaging and boxes it up. I’m always recommending and will continue to look for treasures and watch the daily live videos. Thank you and keep up the good work!!”
