“My fiancé and I were picking out my wedding band and Dustin was nothing short of amazing. He answered all our questions (even made calls to get the answers when he didn't know), he was super friendly and made sure we were getting what we wanted! We also had our 2 little boys with us and the other 2 employees made it SO FUN for them while we were busy with Dustin. They were all playing, laughing and they didn’t want to leave the store. “Lost my diamond out of my wedding ring over the weekend after hitting my hand (ring) just right on a hard surface- contacted our sales rep, Meghan after my husband and I spent hours searching our gravel driveway for the stone. Of course I was an emotional wreck! ...Meghan was very helpful & caring and offered me reassurance. We eventually found the stone ..she had it fixed immediately when I brought the ring back in and even cleaned the stone for me. The customer service we've received from her has been nothing short of amazing...but more importantly she treated us with compassion.”
