“This company right here is the G.O.A.T. Need a phone case, screen protector or maybe you even need your phone screen/ battery replaced this is the place to go. I was told it would take an hour and within 20 mins he had the old battery out and the new one put in. Highly recommend this place 10/10.”

“My daughter and I went to upgrade our phones to the iPhone 17 pro max. Matthew was there and greeted us right away. We all sat down at the table. He ask us what we needed and then he proceeded to transfer our stuff from our old phones to the new phone. As we waited we talked and laughed, he is super fun! It was taking a while so he told us we could go get our other shopping done or do what ever we needed and come back so we did. We got back and our phones were all done! Matthew then put the screen protector on our phones for us. Then gave us our receipt. I seen the price, I bout died, it wasn’t the real price for us after everything! I ask my daughter if that’s what she paid and she told me yes, Matthew was sitting across from us and he looked at me with big eyes then looked at her while she was carrying on with it ! He then looked at me and said No!!! We all laughed so hard! It was great! Matthew even said that was a good one! He is such a good fun guy, if you’re able to get him when ya go ya better! “I had an absolutely fantastic experience in the store yesterday. I was interested in trying T-Mobile 5G internet and Quentin did not disappoint in his service. He had me hooked up in no time with a new modem and explained the setup process to me. He was professional and courteous and answered any questions I had. I’ll be sticking with the internet too after trying it last night. ?”
“I have had Boost for a very very long time and I have never had any issues until now. I cancelled 2 of my lines and wanted to downgrade my plan I called 4 different times and talked to 4 different agents that told me my plan was switched but when it came time for my bill to be paid it was not switched and took out more than I planned on. I called back for a 5th time and the agent told me there was a problem the other 4 times and they would have to send a ticket in to IT and that would take 3 to 5 business days. I have been trying for a month to switch my plan now I have paid an extra $30 dollars that I wasn't suppose to pay ?”
