“Matea was super helpful when we stopped in recently. I didn’t purchase anything myself, but my husband added a phone to his line and Matea took the time to clearly explain all the charges and show us what our new bill would look like compared to what we’re paying now. She also reviewed our current lines to make sure we were getting the best deals possible and helped us save as much as we could. Very professional and easy to work with. We really appreciated her help!”

“My daughter and I went to upgrade our phones to the iPhone 17 pro max. Matthew was there and greeted us right away. We all sat down at the table. He ask us what we needed and then he proceeded to transfer our stuff from our old phones to the new phone. As we waited we talked and laughed, he is super fun! It was taking a while so he told us we could go get our other shopping done or do what ever we needed and come back so we did. We got back and our phones were all done! Matthew then put the screen protector on our phones for us. Then gave us our receipt. I seen the price, I bout died, it wasn’t the real price for us after everything! I ask my daughter if that’s what she paid and she told me yes, Matthew was sitting across from us and he looked at me with big eyes then looked at her while she was carrying on with it ! He then looked at me and said No!!! We all laughed so hard! It was great! Matthew even said that was a good one! He is such a good fun guy, if you’re able to get him when ya go ya better! Thank You Matthew for a great experience and help and most of all the fun! Hope you stay around there can’t find many like ya! Great job! Mamma Croston ???”

“Clayton was friendly and knows his job well. ? He had amazing patience with us and our 5000 questions. And he was able to answer them all. But the most important thing to us was we left feeling like we really got a great deal from AT&T on our upgrades. Great job!”

“We decided to go to Walmart Here since we were in the area. I will admit, it's nicer than ours in Lewis. This one cleaner, brighter, better stocked. The staff? Didn't really see any until we checked out. And they even had a pretty good selection of Gluten-free items too!”

“I have had Boost for a very very long time and I have never had any issues until now. I cancelled 2 of my lines and wanted to downgrade my plan I called 4 different times and talked to 4 different agents that told me my plan was switched but when it came time for my bill to be paid it was not switched and took out more than I planned on. I called back for a 5th time and the agent told me there was a problem the other 4 times and they would have to send a ticket in to IT and that would take 3 to 5 business days. I have been trying for a month to switch my plan now I have paid an extra $30 dollars that I wasn't suppose to pay ?”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience in the store yesterday. I was interested in trying T-Mobile 5G internet and Quentin did not disappoint in his service. He had me hooked up in no time with a new modem and explained the setup process to me. He was professional and courteous and answered any questions I had. I’ll be sticking with the internet too after trying it last night. ?”

“I had a great experience at Metro PCS Zanesville location today. Robert, the new employee at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure that we we're satisfied with our new phones and did everything he could to find us the best deal prices. Although the store was not very well stocked with all the products and accessories we would have liked, he took the time to do a little musical chairs with what he had available so that we could get a setup we were happy with .Thank you for your exceptional customer service Robert!!!!”

“My husband and I went in to switch our phone carrier over to Spectrum and purchase new phones. Iesha helped us pick out our phones and got us a quote and Jadareese helped us switch from our old carrier and move all our data and accounts to our new devices. They were both kind and patient, providing excellent customer service. If you make an appointment, you will be served right on time and can skip any wait that may have been present if you just walked in. We highly recommend this as it hasn't failed us once. The store is clean and cool and the rest of the staff if friendly and knowledgeable as well. We couldn't recommend them more!”
