“I have been a customer here for years for the free wash after an oil change, the speedy service, and the affordable pricing on oil changes compared to other places around town. While getting an oil change one of the mechanic broke a line off the radiator. They apologized and said we will make it right. They drove over an hour away to get the part, installed the part and then scrubbed the vehicle in the bay and then ran it through the automatic car wash. They went above and beyond and I’ll continue to use this place for years! Keep up the good work!”

On Memorial Day, I got a flat tire about three hours into an eight-hour drive home with my two young kids in the car. After putting on the donut, I made it to the Walmart Auto Center at 6:55 PM—just five minutes before closing. I told them I completely understood if they couldn't get to me that evening and that I would happily make an appointment for first thing the next morning.
Instead, they went above and beyond. The team took the time to plug and fill my tire, put the donut back in my car, and had us safely back on the road by 7:30 PM. They stayed late when they didn't have to, and their willingness to help made all the difference.
What could have turned into finding a hotel, unloading tired kids, and delaying our trip by a day became a quick stop thanks to their kindness and professionalism. As a parent traveling alone with young children, I was incredibly relieved and grateful.
