Sparklight serves over 800,000 customers across 21 states, offering high-speed internet, cable TV, and phone services. They provide the latest products, including wireless internet, high-definition programming, and unlimited nationwide long-distance calling. Customers generally find the service to be good, with consistent pricing and reliable internet, although some experience occasional spotty connections. The installation process is often praised for being quick and efficient, with technicians arriving on time and providing helpful support. However, there are reports of technicians being rude or unhelpful, especially when additional setup like running lines in the attic is needed. Some customers have faced difficulties with self-install kits or the need to hire electricians, particularly in renovated homes. Pricing is considered a bit high by some, especially once unlimited plans and modem fees are included, pushing the total over $100 per month for the basic tier. Despite minor issues, many customers are happy with Sparklight’s service, highlighting good customer support and solid performance. In response to COVID-19, the company has adjusted operations, keeping front offices closed while offering 24/7 tech support for questions or assistance.
