Make sure you have a good cellphone signal with a hotspot plan because when their service inevitably goes out 2-3 times a year, they say, without fail, that they're overworked and short-staffed and it'll be a week before they can get out.So if you work from home like I do, you get to work off of two bars of 5G, trying to download GB files and stream everything else in the house.

So far so good. I haven't had it long probably almost a month. I have enjoyed it. I got wifi too. That is what I needed to have a signal to pay my utilities.

The install guy was awesome!!!! The service itself has been a lil spotty. My Hulu pauses a lot especially late at night so we will see!

This company is pathetic. They add charges on a whim with no explanation on the bill and when a call is made to inquire about the "mystery" charges they say they don't know what they are for. Horrible irresponsible customer service. Instead of logically answering my questions they implied I am a liar and hung up on me. I'm looking for a new provider.

Having the absolute worst experience with them right now I have paid to have wifi set up and I've been calling about it for 3 or 4 days now. They just answered today and said I would get a call back even if they didn't get an answer from the boss guess who is still waiting and guess who is closed with no numbers to get ahold of an actual person smh terrible company.

I paid $150 & was told they'd be there, my kids and grandkids were waiting all day so excited and the guy they sent..sat in the truck half the day, came up to the door and showed me a line on the pole hanging down.He said "I can't hook up to that line".so I asked what to do,and he said "that's above my pay grade "!my whole family was and still are so disappointed.

Tried T-Mobile Internet first, but it was too slow to handle a home of 7. Was told that we had sparklight hooked up for our home so was sent with a self install kit. It didn’t work. As the home was completely renovated we assumed it was no longer set up. Requested a technician come out. He was kind of rude. He said we needed an electrician as he wasn’t allowed to run lines in my attic. I decided to do it myself, since I didn’t see the need for an electrician. This is the first time I’ve ever had a cable/internet provider tell me they could not go into the attic. I was able to run the line then he came back a few days later and hooked everything up.Their office has odd hours.The internet seems to work fine. A little expensive. By the time you add unlimited and have the monthly fee for the modem, it’s easily over 100. That’s for their lowest tier. It’s the best I could find for the area though so we will stick with it. Just know there’s a chance you will need to hire an electrician or run the line yourself if the home isn’t already hooked up.

Setting up the install was easy and the technician was on time. Install was super quick. The internet itself is reliable, so far it's only been spotty a handful of times but not for long and not frequently. All in all very happy customer.

8 hours out of internet service. No explanation, waited an hour for tech support (with no answer).Losing money due to working from home during a global pandemic. Or, not working from home at the moment as it turns out.This company has absolutely atrocious customer service. They do not have representatives available accept for extremely limited hours during the week.Don’t forget, you can file complaints with the FCC, BBB, Public Utilities Commission & State Regulatory Commission. Also if need be, you can go the Pre-Arbitration route.If I could give this company a negative star rating, I would.

Hard to get ahold of especially if you don't have an account. Their office is closed so you have to wait a few days on a modem if you lease one from them... The actual internet isn't bad.. I think 90$ a month is outrageous but hey we need it right?

Horrible service. Talked with a sales rep Jessica and she consistently lied to me and my husband. They will take your down payment then push off installing your service over and over again. Paid for the service to get started a month ago and still don't have internet at my home.

The little black boxes are very unreliable. Have had to unplug power multiple times to re-upload data. First box completely crapped out. I am told this is a chronic problem with them. Live in a retirement community. Spark light should get a reliable Interface unit. That doesn’t require constant service or replacement.
