“The Harbor Freight in Altus, Oklahoma is always clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. The employees are consistently friendly, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make sure you find what you need. On my visit today, one of the employees even gave each of my three kids a small 3D-printed toy, which absolutely made their day. It's little things like that that really set this store apart. I'm always treated exceptionally well at the Altus location. If I have to choose between the stores in Altus and Lawton, I'll drive to Altus every single time. The customer service is outstanding, and it's well worth the trip.”

“I needed help figuring out how to get a head for my steel weed eater or a blade, to cut some tall stocks around my house. Lucas asked if he could help and I told him what I was trying to figure out and he went and got help. Jeremy was amazing. He went above and beyond to figure out what I needed it. But sadly I didn't have the money for the conversion kit. Thanks guys keep up the great work.”

“I have never had an issue with this store or the men that work it. For the last 17 years this has been my go to store. I have walked in with parts not knowing the name, the men there got me the correct replacement part and have even given me pointers on how to fix things. When I have bought lumber they have even cut it down to size for me. I have never had a negative experience in service there.”

“Yesterday I had to meet a customer of ours from here at Car-Mart to make a key for her vehicle. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Shelby! She went above and beyond in this 100°+ heat to program our customers new key and had a smile on her face the whole time she was doing it! Thank you, Shelby, for making a not so great situation into an awesome experience! You rock girl, and you deserve a raise!”
