“I have never had an issue with this store or the men that work it. For the last 17 years this has been my go to store. I have walked in with parts not knowing the name, the men there got me the correct replacement part and have even given me pointers on how to fix things. When I have bought lumber they have even cut it down to size for me. I have never had a negative experience in service there.”

“The Harbor Freight in Altus, Oklahoma is always clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. The employees are consistently friendly, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make sure you find what you need.
On my visit today, one of the employees even gave each of my three kids a small 3D-printed toy, which absolutely made their day. It's little things like that that really set this store apart.
I'm always treated exceptionally well at the Altus location. If I have to choose between the stores in Altus and Lawton, I'll drive to Altus every single time. The customer service is outstanding, and it's well worth the trip.”
