“Have been a US Cellular customer when I lived in Oklahoma City and when I moved to Altus,OK 5 years ago. I get very good service with no dropped calls or interference, static in the line. Ebony went above and beyond to help me approx 2 weeks ago because I had a black screen on my phone and I couldn't make or receive calls or do anything with my phone. I took it in to see if I could get it repaired and it was on a Saturday during the Rock and Rumble weekend, I didn't want to buy a new phone even since I was up for an upgrade. “This review is for the store, not cricket overall. We have had cricket service for many years and have no problems with cricket.
This particular location however, the lady sold us a phone case that did not fit my husband's new phone, and put a screen protector on that also did not fit my husband's new phone. So we didn't realize it until we were outside.
When we went back in there was nothing she could do because, "it isn't giving me the option to do a refund."
So we had to buy a new screen protector and a new phone case that actually fit.
And had to pay for the ones that didn't.
Alittle bit upset with that.”
