“I moved out of Ardmore and into a rural area, I had heard nothing but good things about Arbuckle, and let me tell you, what you hear is absolutely true! Shawn and his team are freaking amazing. Best customer service I have ever had. Got the install about 2 weeks ago, it was not very good, slow, and a lot of latency. Talked to them about it, and 2 days later technicians were at my doorstep ready to fix it! They spent 4 HOURS, in this TERRIBLE heat with no complaints, making sure my internet was top notch! These guys are super friendly, and I have nothing but good to say! If you are on the fence, don't be, amazing service, and I highly recommend you go with Arbuckle, screw satellite services!”

“Went in to pick up the new iPhone 17 pro max. The one in stock was unable to be sold because it was mistakenly sent to this store instead of the one it was ordered from. So, there were 2 managers and one gentleman from corporate that thought of sending one of the managers to the store in Madill to get another phone that could be sold to us. They got it and brought it back and was able to sell it to us, while also waving the activation fee, for our troubles.
To me, they went above and beyond providing us exceptional customer service.

They made sure time was spent laughing and having fun.
