Poor customer service, the teller talked to me without ever making eye contact and her tone felt like I was in trouble. I just wanted to cash a $30 Check which she took over 5 minutes doing. I will never bank at this institution

Bad I am the Simmons customer since last more that 15 years never see that slow service and lack of knowledge thinking to close all my accounts

Young girls working at this bank don't know what they are doing even the manager. Rolling their eyes, shaking their heads, mumbling. They should hire new women or men not kids who don't know their job. They also have color problem so if you are brown or black don't go there.
