“In the Greater Fort Smith Area, as far as my knowledge of Convenient Locations EXTENDS, this PIC & TOTE ON Phoenix Ave has a lifetime customer in me for one very simple reason! THEY DO NOT CHARGE TO AIR UP YOUR TIRES! I've lived on every side of Fort Smith, is simply because they do not charge their patrons for are (some charge $2 or more and you only get two damn minutes!) therefore, the larger the vehicle, the more quarters you spend! There are two things in this world, in my opinion, that should not require a charge depending on the circumstances. Those two things are water and air! Lastly, the air hose is located on the left safe of the building, with one lever to operate, in a person also has 24 hours a day 7 days a week access to use the pump as often as you like with no special permissions! Thank you Pic & Tote for being a TRUE CONVENIENCE STORE! I would imagine the very reason why you do not charge for are it's because has a convenience store you already understand that prices are high! Therefore you don't have to be greedy and go for the jugular and charge for air, too! It's also very clean and the staff is very friendly with several pumps to use!”
“I like your grocery store I remember when Walmart used to be the cheapest store in town but now well wow is all I can say 10 boxes where I go now for meats Walmart has a nice specialty items shelf that neighborhood market is convenient and always open just about even Uncle by hardware while you're there LOL”

“They are serious about covid protection. The doors are one way, the cup lids are in ziplocks, and still great prices , but, best of all, the employees are nice! They no longer sell small icees for the kids ( boo) A 5 year. Old doesn't need a large icee and sharing is not an option”
“The place is clean, the service is great, the employees are very helpful. The only issue I had was pan handlers loitering and asking everyone for money. They also kept arguing and pushing each other next to the gas station. I felt unsafe.”

“I like this gas station. The older lady who works overnights is amazing! The kind of person that you wish you could hang out with outside of their job. She's something that makes that place good she's one of the reasons I shopped there because I will pass by another gas station to go to the one where she's at she has that aura that makes you feel safe and welcomed. I don't think they sell bug juices I always get fruit shoots there for my kids.”

He went out of his way to fix the atm and follow up to get it repaired. If it weren't from him I'd be out a lot of money on my pawns I needed to take out that day. “Some gas stations that I visited have, of course, different octane ratings on their pumps and I always use premium except when gas is over $5 a gallon using premium but at all the VP gas stations that I have visited and filled up, it seems like their gas is actually the rating it shows because I can tell a difference when it's not. I also try to find gas stations that have non-ethanol gas which are far and few between. VP has good gas and their stores are clean.”
“Ok,check this out I went there a couple of ,but as soon as I walk through the door, the workers,looking, following me where ever I too acting like I'm about,breakn they bank vault,but they me mixed up, with someone else, cause I keep a few.dollars n my pocket at all times, and when I'm ready to purchase my stuff at the front counter, they eyes get big,when I pull money from my pockets, cause it b about a couple hundred dollars, and I'll say yeah I didn't like what you did, m.a.r.k..”
