I found it really cool that when we first pulled up, someone came out and asked if we needed gas pumped. You don't see that anymore. “When heading north from SETX, I either stop here or in Lufkin. Same small to medium sized Pilot/ FJ as anywhere except for the Moe’s! Not cheap, but vastly better than burgers, pizza, or worst of all Subway. You may not be able to get a good steak at a chain trkstp, but you can get decent Tex/Mex food.”
