“Over the last 10 years or so I have done business with Steve's TV. Unlike other big box stores Steve's TV keeps up with the latest changes and upgrades. The service after the sale is the best. He treats his customers right. Some people say they can get a better deal at other big box stores. Not true. Steve's TV is a family business. They are dedicated to take care of you. You might pay a little more sometimes but when something goes wrong they are quick to take care of your problem. Big box stores send out a subcontractor who might or not might to have the training or skills to fix the problems. Steve goes to all of the updated training. I guess that end question is you get what you pay for!”
