“Lacking soap and water to the Maxx…We visit this location often as we are only a mile away as the crow flies. The clothing racks and displays seemed super stocked during this visit. Maybe because of Christmas is just around the corner. The clothing racks were so packed that it was hard to slide the shirts down to see the next one and it hurt my fingers trying to slide the clothes down the racks. A good pain because there was so much to look at!! I was there long enough that I needed a bathroom break because I had some delicious coffee. When I went to wash my hands I was a little frustrated because two of the three soap dispenser were out and only one sink worked. I was in the bathroom a little longer than I wanted to be because of the soap and water issue. Overall, a good visit and the staff was friendly.”

“Noah at the Bartlesville store is a beyond excellent member of your team and deserves to be paid over 20.00 an hour. He's super patient and helped me with great selection at the store, if not for him and the crew in this store, there's no way I would have fulfilled the holiday orders or have spent the amounts during the holiday or after. The gear is awesome, but the gear means nothing without the crew to make add on suggestions that work along with it...”

“Good experience. The cashier willingly went to walk and help my friend find the shoe type he wanted. He wanted slip on shoes. She knew the brands in the store and where all the slip ons were.He gets shoe shopping anxious bcos stores typically don't have his size or want to help him find what he needs. But we got assistance and extremely helpful to us and everyone who came in.He found the kind he wanted ASAP. But glad that we found a place where someone was willing to help and no judgment/rude remarks when he ended up finding the ones he wanted quickly ?.Also store has a loot of options. I was able to find a style of sandal that would work for...well ..work.”
