“I should have listened to my parents. They mentioned this shop had been used by our family & friends for decades, but I went to a shop a few miles closer to our home. The 'other' shop had diagnosed my trucks issues, but given an EXTREMELY high repair cost....roughly 30% more than the dealership charges and more than DOUBLE what Cherokee Hills charged for the work.
The staff was polite with my questions and easy to work with. The calls I received about the truck and the repairs necessary were not only helpful, but showed that the 'other' shop was finding problems that didn't exist. Don't hesitate to use this shop!”
