“I should have listened to my parents. They mentioned this shop had been used by our family & friends for decades, but I went to a shop a few miles closer to our home. The 'other' shop had diagnosed my trucks issues, but given an EXTREMELY high repair cost....roughly 30% more than the dealership charges and more than DOUBLE what Cherokee Hills charged for the work.
The staff was polite with my questions and easy to work with. The calls I received about the truck and the repairs necessary were not only helpful, but showed that the 'other' shop was finding problems that didn't exist. Don't hesitate to use this shop!”

“Five stars without hesitation. I accidentally backed our 12-passenger rental van into a high pipe in the covered garage at OKANA Water Resort and shattered the driver’s-side rear window. I called 5 Star Auto Glass at 8:15 Monday morning and was back on the road by 10:30.
They offered to come to the resort, but I was able to get it repaired even faster by bringing the van to their shop. They also gave me a ride back to OKANA while the work was being completed.
The communication was excellent, the service was fast, and the price was incredibly reasonable. What stood out most was being able to call and speak directly with a real person, which was nearly impossible with Safelite.

“Bob Rodgers came through at 5am when my husbands truck died .5 mile from the house. Dispatch was thorough and was nice enough to let us know the price would go up some since we have a flatbed truck. (It was very reasonable!) Justin was super friendly and did a stellar job. Got the truck backed into our driveway off the truck perfectly straight. Will definitely use again if ever needed!
Edit: We did indeed end up calling back and using Justin again. Phenomenal services once again. Definitely a customer for life!”
