The only downside is that I’m never given a receipt unless I specifically ask for one. I’ve called about this before and was told that it is policy to give you one or ask it you want one, and was only asked once after that; every other visit I still have to request it. And typically i dont, just to not cause a fuss. But to me, it would be much better if receipts were offered consistently, as it makes the experience smoother and more professional.
Overall, I enjoy coming here for the service and friendly vibe, but this small detail would make it better.”

Visited for the first time and Trinity was very helpful and made sure I was getting the best deal for my purchase (three pre rolls plus my first time freebie). Im a nervous person but they made me feel comfortable in the new space. I went in wanting an 8th of flower, but the Peak is a little overpriced; an 8th is $30 whereas most other places I don’t see over $25 for top shelf. The strains aren’t anything too special: average terps and strains I see most other places. The pre-rolls are very nice quality, though, and good terpenes for a pre-roll. It was $6 for a 1 to 1.5 g pre roll or $12 for 3.”
“Just went here for the first time and was concerned at first because there are no prices anywhere in the store and supplements are often marked up in price when sold by a small business. I was pleasantly shocked when I got home and looked up the prices for the 1st Phorm products I purchased and found I paid about 5$ LESS per item purchasing from this store versus buying directly from the 1st Phorm website. The employees were also very kind and helpful and even gave me a free tee shirt for being a 1st time customer.”

“Natural grocers is by far one of my favorite chains this newest location has great staff who are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I also want to mention their great selection on supplements, health and beauty supplies, organic Fritos and vegetables, dairy and dairy free options and they have both organic meat and meat substitutes. This is where I get so much of what I keep in my pantry and their business model as a whole is truly respectable. They have an app where you can build up points and they have sales every week that change daily. Ten out of ten would recommend shopping here to anyone.”
