“I've been a member here for years, but they are very conservative. Despite my long standing 15+ year membership, they are so hard to work with. The staff is super nice, but often I think they are a bank instead of a credit union. Example, I never close a credit card. This is the only credit card I have, which I've had with them for years and it has a measly $500.00 limit. I carry no balances and other cards I have have no limits. When I inquired about them correcting this, it was quite a chore for them.”
