It's a Trek dealer and the store's 100 years old.I want to commend Skyler for his customer service. He has a lot of experience, is a pleasure to interact with, and a total pro.”
“My ebike was about 1000 miles overdue for general maintenance, and then I had a massive issue with my rear derailleur getting caught in the wheel. Brought it in and they were willing to service even though it's not an ebike brand they carry. Clarence was super helpful and super thorough. He not only repaired but helped tighten down probably 30 bolts which had loosened over time. The price was incredibly reasonable--I've been charged more for simple maintenance, let alone replacing the derailleur. Bike is riding like new even though it has 7000 miles on it.Thanks so much Clarence and Tom's!”
