“Great experience! I had them build me a custom pc with parts I picked out and brought in for them to assemble and setup for me. Quick turnaround time (around 48 hours from drop off ) , fair pricing and the pc was put together perfectly with great cable management as a bonus. Will be back for my next build or repair.”
“This store has greatly improved. I have previously gave it a one star. And if they continue to offer a good services they are nowadays. I may even come back and race it up to a five star. The staff they have here now is friendly. Helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are much more competitive than they used to be. I just recently purchased a dash cam. And I've gone in there to browse for a smartwatch to see what they had to offer. And even though I wasn't purchasing right then and they knew that they still treated me like I was a customer that was looking for something and offered to price match anything I found anywhere else. Of course they have to be carrying that item to do that and I understand that. Anyways, see if you've written them off. Give them another try”
“I've came here 4 times or so over the last 5 years. Prices are always extremely reasonable and the turnaround time is quick. As someone else said, it's a computer repair shop (hardware, software, boot issues), not a parts store.”

Note: If you need to leave your device for service, plan for it to take at least 3 hours, as they are very busy. My appointment for a phone battery replacement was on a Tuesday at 1:20pm. I was able to pick my phone up around 4:30pm.”

Doug is typically in when I visit but he and James are both standup guys reasonable prices and they keep the info as simple or as advanced as you'd like to know. If they get my most recent repair done in the capacity I think they will I'll make another 5 star because they definitely deserve it”
