Apple Woodland Hills is an amazing, huge indoor mall with lots of stores, every one leased from well established and upscale businesses. The mall is usually packed with interesting and hip people and is fun for walking around and window shopping. The food court is booming and completely full of vendors, though it can get so packed that cleanliness suffers. The Apple store within provides great service. Representatives are very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind, ensuring visits are a success and customers feel very taken care of. Staff assists in picking out the perfect model, helps with setup, and goes over all the cool features in a way that is super easy to understand. They do not give up on difficult problems, working to resolve issues with patience and kindness. The process for online order pickup is very quick. Customers leave feeling happy and will be back.

Note: If you need to leave your device for service, plan for it to take at least 3 hours, as they are very busy. My appointment for a phone battery replacement was on a Tuesday at 1:20pm. I was able to pick my phone up around 4:30pm.

Try to make an appointment to avoid long waiting ! I ended up leaving the first time and came back with an appointment. Associate was nice and tried to help me with my airpod issue , unfortunately it was not fixed though
