“The staff and Management were kind and understanding. When I brought the machine home it was pouring out water. I asked the management for an extension to return it they gave me one month to return it no other place would do what they did for me. I got a repair man out to fix it under my warranty. Turns out it was a crack in the pump line underneath. Probably damaged in shipping. Thank you for your patience American Freight. U are highly recommended.”

“We purchased a Woodard outdoor dining table and 8 chairs from Amini’s Galleria and couldn’t be happier! The selection was great and our salesman, Manny Riera, was wonderful! He was so knowledgeable about all of their different brands and worked to make sure we were happy with the table, the chairs (we actually bought chairs that were different than the ones on the floor model) and the chsir cushions and fabrics. He was low pressure but very attentive! We highly recommend Amini’s and ask for Manny!!!”

“Lisa is absolutely a nugget of information and she happily shares it with you, just ask! We took two trips there one to find the couch we've looking for and sat in it immediately and knew it was the one and we hadn't even looked at anything else yet. After a couple hours we made our way around the store and found another setup we liked again Lisa to the rescue. She explained why we were literally drawn to both why it was a hard choice between the two and the price points so that we had all the information. To which when we left yesterday we left with 5 sample swatches and given great instructions on how to use them. We followed her instructions and in minutes had our decision made on color and then hashed out which style of soft and why. Today we went back and handed back the samples and said let's get the one we originally sat in, she wasn't surprised at all by our choice and placed our order.”

“So much fun stuff, great place to find unique gifts for a good price. Huge candle selection. Love their food are, very fun and interesting things to choose from! Prepare to spend a few hours…lol. Only issue is that the store can be a little cluttered and there are displays everywhere, plus narrow aisles, so getting around with a cart on a busy day is frustration and you are squeezing through areas.”

“I was in the market for a new sofa. I stumbled upon Bassett. I was having trouble making a decision. Mark and Cindy offered to come to my home to help me figure out what I wanted. So friendly and their design service is phenomenal. My living room looks like something out of Elle decor magazine! I have referred everyone that comes in to my home! Not only is it gorgeous, it is so comfortable! I am so glad that they came out. I was only looking for a sofa and a chair and I left with a sectional that is soo comfortable! 10/10 recommend you shop here first!”

“Two salesman helped us the first guy was not too helpful and left us hanging for a while with no return. The second salesman was a lady. She was very helpful she check in the back for what we needed which was two twin mattresses. Although not everything was new we got a good deal.”
“After seeing the review berating the hard of hearing employee, I had to leave my own review. There is a wonderful employee in the clothing section that is legitimately hard of hearing or partially deaf. My daughter lost a phone in the clothing area one day and I asked for help from several employees, and no one had the time to help and only offered to take my name and number in case it was found. After over an hour of searching I asked this employee for help. She actually knew where to find it because it's a common place for lost phones! She also was wearing a sign language shirt so it's apparent she has hearing issues and still gives her all to try an help every guest. She also helped us checkout before!”

Gave such a welcoming greeting, and he ensured we knew everything about the mattress. Helped us the entire time, even helped us through a sleep number test to find the bed and sleep number right for my husband and I. We went in nervous, and not even a minute into the experience, he had us feeling comfortable and confident. So thankful we came in today.”

“Happy with the folks at Aaron’s. Today is installation day just ONE day after I placed my order for a new living room set, TV and washer / dryer with affordable payment plans. Being lease to own, the extra prices (APR) are steep, so be cautious, but this doesn’t mean this place doesn’t take care of you. Very satisfied in and out in 45 minutes for multiple items!!!
