“Lisa is absolutely a nugget of information and she happily shares it with you, just ask! We took two trips there one to find the couch we've looking for and sat in it immediately and knew it was the one and we hadn't even looked at anything else yet. After a couple hours we made our way around the store and found another setup we liked again Lisa to the rescue. She explained why we were literally drawn to both why it was a hard choice between the two and the price points so that we had all the information. To which when we left yesterday we left with 5 sample swatches and given great instructions on how to use them. We followed her instructions and in minutes had our decision made on color and then hashed out which style of soft and why. Today we went back and handed back the samples and said let's get the one we originally sat in, she wasn't surprised at all by our choice and placed our order.”
“After purchasing a chiminea for my parents and a bird bath for my mom it was finally my turn. We purchased a large chiminea for our back porch and it is one of my favorite things!!! Who knew it would be so easy to just start a little fire in the morning for my reading?? I love the smell of the pinion wood which they sell and have a punch card system so I can earn a free bag. Like other retail stores, they're short-staffed and can't offer the 5* customer service from days past, but it's still a great store to shop! “This rating is specifically for Sura not only was she new but she was the only cashier for a while she had the best attitude and was very sufficient she did not allow the long line of rude and impatient people get to her she might have felt overwhelmed I’m sure but she persevered !! Kason or whatever the little guys name is was the complete opposite he was very rude and acted like he was bothered . Anyways Sura if and when you see this keep shining girl !! May God bless you :) the security guard acted strange when I was trying to give her a compliment but I guess because maybe he thought I wanted to complain I’m not sure anywho Blessings to you all :)”
