I am always greeted, always reassured if I need any sort of assistance. there’s a particular Manager that works at night time that was extremely helpful. “Lisa is absolutely a nugget of information and she happily shares it with you, just ask! We took two trips there one to find the couch we've looking for and sat in it immediately and knew it was the one and we hadn't even looked at anything else yet. After a couple hours we made our way around the store and found another setup we liked again Lisa to the rescue. She explained why we were literally drawn to both why it was a hard choice between the two and the price points so that we had all the information. To which when we left yesterday we left with 5 sample swatches and given great instructions on how to use them. We followed her instructions and in minutes had our decision made on color and then hashed out which style of soft and why. Today we went back and handed back the samples and said let's get the one we originally sat in, she wasn't surprised at all by our choice and placed our order.”

“They seem pretty good and they’ve got good prices I was looking for curtains they’ve got a lot of curtains but not really a lot of variety especially when you want ones at 96 or 92 inches long and to buy them online. You can’t feel the texture you really don’t know what you’re getting so I like to look at them in personand round here that’s not very many places that carry curtains anymore but they worked next time I may make my own, but they got good prices”

“Kirklands has been a staple home decor store of mine for many years! The selections are great, it's affordably priced, it's very clean, and conveniently located. Like other retail stores, they're short-staffed and can't offer the 5* customer service from days past, but it's still a great store to shop! The Tulsa Hills store is close to my home so I typically shop at that location. As I love to "design-on-a-dime", it's always a thrill for me to shop beautiful home decor without a designer price tag! Special shout-out to Dakota, I lost my cleaning products for my leather couch I bought a couple years ago. Replaced the cleaning product no questions asked.
