“After purchasing a pair of shoes online and buying them with afterpay and paying them off, I decided I didn't want the shoes, as my feet are quite narrow, and they were tight. They were just not comfortable. I decided it was best to return them. This location was closest to where our original trip was going to be, and had a Target next door (giant plus as that was the next destination). I was treated with kindness and respect. Refund was quick and super easy. Just needed the original order number/phone number associated with account and date to find the order. Thank you guys!”

“I don’t love to shop, mostly because I’m typically in a hurry. Today I was in need of a few things for an international trip that I’m leaving on in 4 days and didn’t have a lot of time between other commitments. I want to give a huge shout out to Gabriel Thompson, the associate who saw me scanning the high walls for out of season outer wear. He offered his services quickly and helped me find a few jackets to try on. Then he helped me find the perfect pair of walking shoes by being attentive and asking good questions making smart suggestions based on my answers. This experience is a far cry from my previous experience at other national sportswear stores where it’s hard to even find someone to help. I counted at least 8, probably more that I didn’t see, associates ready to help on a Wednesday morning before noon. I admit that my customer experience expectations are high since I own some businesses myself. I know the labor pool is slim right now-yet my expectations were EXCEEDED in todays experience. Thank you Metro Shoe Warehouse and Gabriel for showing me and others how great customer service should look!”

The store owner goes above and beyond to find what you’re looking for. I haven’t felt this customer service in a long time. She even custom wraps any purchase with the most detail. 10/10 will be returning!”
