“We lived at Creekside for about 3 years and it was a good place to live! They have a beautiful pond and sidewalk around it. The pool was a nice place to relax and get some sun. If I had to complain, it was sometimes difficult to find a parking spot close to our unit since there were not assigned parking.”

“I am so grateful for working with Alycia. I had done everything on-line and listed my top three priorities. When I touched base with her about the status of my application, I was disappointed that a unit next door to my sister had filled over night. However, I was pleased with what had just opened up though it didn’t meet two of my three preferences. Then, she mentioned reading my priorities and thought I might like another unit that just opened that morning. It met all 3 of my preferences and I am thrilled!
I am also grateful to have received the details, requirements and costs in advance by e-mail so I could make plans, and to receive my lease with e-signature options. It gave me time to read it all and reply at my convenience.”

“Late Thursday night part of my apartment flooded. Maintenance was there within 15 minutes with all the equipment needed. They were there for about an hour checking residents under me for any leaks, as well as all other residents. They were so quick in a time of immense stress, as a new tenant. They put fans under the carpet and outside of the carpet. I got new padding for my carpet Monday morning. Everything was handled with kindness and quickness by maintenance. Def recommend Park at Mission Hills! - a new tenant.”
