“I have lived at The University Club Apartments on one of the top floors for almost the past year and have no plans to leave any time soon. I love it here! I've had very few issues and anything I have needed has been rectified quickly. The leasing and management staff is awesome.The communal spaces are amazing, can't beat the view (especially 4th of July). My only complaint is I wish I could buy my unit, haha.”

“UPDATE: Now that I've been here a year, I wanted to update my review. I truly love living here. While every place we live there are going to problems, there are very few at Surgaryberry. The manager, Kelly does a superb job of managing the complex. Her staff is very professional and nice. Also, the maintenance staff is very timely about responding to maintenance requests submitted. They are all great!__________________________________Great move in experience. Had a problem with the keys but they handled it quickly. The staff is great.”

The sad part of this beautiful place is I was friends with the roofer who had five kids and fell off the roof resulting in him being paralyzed from the neck down.Back on point of this beautiful apartment community. Really clean and right off the highway. In downtown Tulsa Oklahoma and within walking distance from the BOK event center.”

“We have lived here for a few years, and in that amount of time, not everything has been without any issue, but that is anywhere you go. I will admit the monthly rent increase and residents speeding through the complex are the reason I gave a 4 star review. Also my apartment “label” or plaque showing the apartment number is in a very inconvenient and uneasily accessible area making deliveries difficult.”

“My favorite apartments I lived in prior to buying a house. It was nice, quiet, respectful neighbors, fair priced, never had a safety issue. I lived at Heritage about 2.5 years. Loved them the entire time! The manager is very helpful if you have any issues and the maintenance guy is super nice and helpful. Even my dogs loved it there and enjoyed going to the little dog park to be off leash outside. Highly recommend them to anyone!”

“Stonehaven Villas is a unique and charming property located next to one of Tulsa's major highways. Out of the gate and on the highway in a minute or less, I'm at work near downtown Tulsa in 15 minutes. Not bad. Nice architecture, beautiful trees, friendly and supportive staff, go ahead and give Stonehaven Villas a look. You might not find a better value than this. Time to put another log in the fireplace, have a great holiday season everyone... Cheers!”

“I came here today to apply and be put on the waiting list. I was pleasantly surprised that the wait isn’t that long (around a month, maybe sooner if you’re homeless.) The complex wasn’t bad at all for low income housing. The lady in the office was so nice and helpful. They have 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms available. Plenty of parking. Not a bad place overall.”

“The maintenance staff, they do great for what they are given. They show up in a timely manner and have been super nice. I'm not sure on his name but the man that helped me today when my oven went out and found a new one for me all in less than 30 minutes was a huge blessing!”
