The manager who is working today was absolutely amazing she went out of her way for me she really did while I figured out some typical stupid bank stuff. The other older lady who was working there really just didn't have a good attitude and just seemed like she didn't want to be there but the manager stepped in without me even asking and just really help me out in a somewhat rough time

Pre paid for a vehicle. Drove up and arrived 15 minutes early. They had already given my reservation away and didn’t plan on giving me another. No call and the lady(who was extremely flustered) said this happens all of the time.
This is the second time in a row I’ve had an awful experience with Avis in general. On top of that they do not have a customer support phone option. They try to make it more difficult to place a ticket so they look better for customer complaint ratios. I won’t be using them again

UPDATE: The owner of the AVIS location in Broken Arrow called me and apologized for the experience and provided a partial reimbursement for all the trouble. I feel much better about the situation now knowing that they are proactively looking at issues and doing their best to fix things.
ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW:
This location has gone down hill in the past year. It is under new management and is now poorly run. I showed up at 8am for my car pickup and was told no cars were available. Had to wait will 9:22am for a car to be available.
The car was a Chevy Malibu that was having electrical problems. The center console display would not allow a phone to be paired and the display would turn off from time to time. I call the location and notified then of the problem and was told that If i did not like the car, I should head to the airport and see if they can swap it out for me.
On a side note there is no access to the parking lot after hours in case you want to drop the car off early. Not sure why you would have a key drop box location, if you cant get access to park the car in the parking lot of the business.
This would be my worst experience with Avis as a Avis preferred member.

I was able to reserve my vehicle online and had minimal paperwork to do when picking it up. The people were friendly and efficient.

Make sure to check out the car before rental. The one I rented ended up blowing a tire on the highway so had to pay for a tow truck, etc. The tread was pretty worn down; I had guessed that the rental company would keep up with this themselves but apparently no. So be aware that any problems like this, concerning the upkeep or lack thereof, will be paid for by you. Otherwise it was ok-car was clean, employees were chill.

Chad the manager could have kept his mouth shut and let us rent a car that wouldn't have worked out for us, but he didn't. He was honest when he didn't have to be. We will be back when the right car is available. Thank you

Dishonest people. Overcharged for no reason and lied to. I will never do business here again. I suggest you go to almost any other rental company.

0/10 recommend this place to anyone unless you’re constantly trying to get screwed over and your account overdrawn every 2 weeks. I rented a car with them for 3 months and it was nothing but stress and heartache. You would think when someone is paying $1400 a month on a car, the company would treat you a little better… unfortunately not this one.

My recent encounter with this car rental facility was marred by unprofessionalism. The staff’s rude demeanor, coupled with their unwillingness to disclose names or the absence of a manager for assistance, highlighted a severe lack of professionalism. Moreover, their refusal to provide a refund and the use of unkind words during a phone conversation only exacerbated the negative experience. Unfortunately, this has left me with a lasting unfavorable impression, and I won’t be returning to this establishment.UpdateI had issues with the billing when I returned the vehicle, and it seemed like they were trying to overcharge me. I tried to call to sort it out, but three different people hung up on me. I'm very disappointed with the service, and I won't be using this company again. I plan to let my friends and family know about my experience and might share it on social media.
