“I have done very little business with Batteries Plus. So, as is the case with most of my reviews, this will be of little help. Two things I will substantiate though 1) If you are looking for an odd ball hard to find battery try them first. They either have it or can get it. And 2) They take your old batteries for recycling, at no charge. I like the business especially for reason 2. I had a big battery pack that needed to be recycled. As far as I know this is one of the few places that will take them. Thank You, Batteries Plus. Save up your old lithium-ion batteries and drop them off here, versus the city garbage.”
“I went in tonight to buy a battery and I had called prior to see if they could replace my battery. After looking it up, Max said it stated that it may not be able to be done because it says it may be difficult and require it be done at a shop but he thinks he could do it. Once I get there, the nice man at the counter stated he didn’t think they could but I waited for Max. He did it within 15-20 minutes no problem. He was super helpful and his customer service was outstanding!”
