Maria and Dally were super helpful! I am not very tech savvy, and they helped get everything transferred from my old phone! Would totally recommend them!

We bought a new phone I had an upgrade Jessica did everything she could to help it was a busy day the Manger had left at a unfortunate time. But she did her best and did what she could that day. Unfortunately I got locked out of my phone and came in to see if they could hard reset it, used to be easier but this model was harder and had more loops to jump through it didn’t work. Maria tried but ultimately told me that they can't help and said something I wished I'd know before is that they can't help at all when this happens. She could've left that part out or said it a better way than she said it. Other than than usually good service but deff needs to improve on hours and giving more helpful information to the customers.

I don't think the service is bad. I believe they tower through AT&T. The customer service has always been great. I don't use them anymore. I use two other providers. I had to unlock a phone that I purchased, and it was quick and easy to do. However, if you purchase a phone and want to go to another provider, they won't unlock your phone until you've had service for six months. I don't like that! If I purchase a product, then it belongs to me. Who are you to stop me from using it wherever I choose. That's just my thoughts.

Nicole was so great to work with! I came in with my toddlers and she went above and beyond to not only help me, but to make sure my kids were happy while they were there. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. Me and my fiance have a 2line account, he went in to pay our bill, was told he couldn't without me there, Tiffany offered to do it while Maria said that it just wasn't possible. She obviously just did not feel like doing her job. Highly unprofessional with 0 humanity 2 days before Christmas. We did not get to pay our bill during this event. SMH

Highly recommend this Cricket store! Marie was absolutely amazing and worked quickly to get two lines added and an upgrade for my husband! We will definitely be back to this Cricket for all our future needs!! Thank you Marie and Tiffany. Y'all are the best!!☺️

We brought our neighbor andwe were helped so much! He were able to replace his lost phone and they told him about acp and he now pays zero per month!Great service, recommend this store again and again.

Brought my mom in for a surprise upgrade for Xmas. David helped us and was so patient and professional. He took his time to explain everything to my mom and helped her set up her new phone and made sure everything transferred over correctly plus answered ALL of our questions appropriately. We had NO issues and a great experience. I would definitely recommend this location for their great customer service, politeness, and professionalism. Ask for David!!!

Trevor Lowe and James Kendall are killing it. They were able to help 2 young ladies ahead of me with what seemed like a complicated problem with the utmost professionalism. They got the whole store to laugh at their jokes while taking care of business. It was a very friendly environment with them there and they went above and beyond with customer service. They helped me set up a phone very quickly and gave some good recommendations on how to further set up my phone for a better use. Best experience in any phone store in my life.

The store manager, Lindsey, and her associate, James, are very kind and patient! They helped with my family’s account and helped us reduce our bill, all while being very kind and supportive to us and to one another!
