Well I went in this store to buy two brand new phones had a pocket full of money. Was looking at the android upgrade, the one that is attached to the counter, is know to look at. The big old ol gal working there comes up to me and says where are you at, you can't go there and SNATCHED the phone out of my hand like a child. Man I been familiar with phones longer than she had been alive. That was so damn rude and unprofessional. What a what to run a business. Lost it on those two sales. I won't be back

I came into store & David along with Chelsey's assistance got me up & running. My phone was dead & I had to guess hard for pass word. They both get an A++ today.

Your stores amazing Tony was great knowledgeable polite got everything I need taking care of wasn't pushy didn't try to upsell it just did what I asked explain how he did it what caused the problem and then fix the problem I won't go to anyone but him now

Go here. The Manager Shelsea is absolutely wonderful! She knows the phones and is able to answer many questions. We walked in 20 minutes before closing because a phone was run over by car. She helped us, was pleasant, and stayed an hour late to help us transfer everything to the new phone.

I've had fantastic experiences with the south broken arrow location! Shelsea and Jeremy both deserve big credit for the work they do! I have some neuro disabilities and its difficult for me to do some things, and getting a new phone as much as i knew i needed one, had me so nervous about setting it up. But i felt respected and really heard, the way they both helped me with phone purchases, adding a line, buying accessories, and helping me with changing some things with my hot spot to get the best deal and service and setting everything up. I wasnt rushed or made to feel ignorant at all!! Thank you guys for everything!!! It won't be forgotten!!

Sitting here 30 minutes while the associate chats it up about divorce, clubbing, etc. I guess I picked the wrong time to complete a phone change. I wouldn't want to he a burden...

I added 2 lines to my account. I was told the 2nd activation fee would be waived. Upon looking at my receipt and account I was charge the 2nd $25 activation fee and a $8 fee for insurance and didn't even buy any phones or know this fee was being charged. ( lesson learn to look at the bill before leaving) Already had phones from a previous company that was transferred so didn't need to buy phones. I have been a loyal customer of cricket for years and this is very disappointing, deceitful and dishonest.

This location is disorganized and messed up, I wouldn't recommend going here.District manager sold me the wrong phone case (volume buttons didn't work in case) I brought the case back the following day.Store manager swapped case for a lesser value, told me they would have more cases in stock in a few weeks.When I went back to swap the phone cases out, the manager has been fired and they cant do anything to rectify the issue.As a customer I've noticed Cricket stores have massive turn over rates and regular managerial issues.Highly disappointed
