To my knowledge the don’t sell cords but Keli understood what I was needing, went out of his way and found me what I was needing with no charge. Now that’s good business! “Called about getting my Mitsubishi 82in 3D tv(2010 model) fixed, screen randomly went black one morning. I believe his name was John, came out and fixed it today and i couldnt be happier. Its a brand new tv again! Highly recommend, would use again in the future!”
“They fixed a small repair on one camera for no charge when i first came in..which i greatly appreciated (and the reason why I am giving them 4 stars) . But i left a camera for a friend and i was highly embarrased I had recommended them. It took a extremely long time and then it wasn't fixed even after the long wait. They claimed they didnt know it had multiple issues, but as I recall all the info was on the store's paperwork, it was explained verbally by me personally, and was even on very detailed notes I had left with the camera. There is just a serious lack of organization.The price was fair and I may personally use them again due to lack of this type business in the area and fair price...but if I needed my camera/lens fast, I would probably pay the difference and just ship it off.”
“I brought my son’s phone in to be repaired. Allison told me it could take up to 2 1/2 hours to repair. I had a family dinner planned and wouldn’t have been able to pick it up. Allison fixed it within 45 minutes so I could keep my plans. She was great.”

“I have done very little business with Batteries Plus. So, as is the case with most of my reviews, this will be of little help. Two things I will substantiate though 1) If you are looking for an odd ball hard to find battery try them first. They either have it or can get it. And 2) They take your old batteries for recycling, at no charge. I like the business especially for reason 2. I had a big battery pack that needed to be recycled. As far as I know this is one of the few places that will take them. Thank You, Batteries Plus. Save up your old lithium-ion batteries and drop them off here, versus the city garbage.”
