How is it last week the driver had no issue finding my apartment 4 times and this week 2 different drivers say wrong address. I cannot stand when I get packages delivered by FedEx anymore UPS,Amazon and USPS have no issues delivering to my apartment. Called broken arrow location and told them my address is correct an all he said was “mmhmm they’ll be out tomorrow”🙄

THIS IS THE MOST SORRY EXCUSE OF A SHIPMENT CENTER IVE SEEN. My package was supposed to have been delivered SUNDAY it is now TUESDAY and everytime i have to confirm the address multiple times a day everyday without the option of picking up the package for some reason. it sounds like they stole it or they are too damn lazy to deliver it. It should not be multiple people on here saying the same exact thing. If it was my choice I would’ve never chose this place. I JUST KNOW YALL BS INSIDE THAT DAMN OFFICE!!!

Hey anyway yall can tell this guy to stop blocking my garage. Please don’t be lazy bro and deliver the packages by the door. This way I can park my can and they won’t get stolen from there. Cmon FedEx….

If I see my package is being delivered by fedex, it's a fact it will be at minimum 2 days late and delivered to the wrong address.

Is this come kind of joke?! I’ve missed my delivery for the past week bc they don’t want to come to my house why? Bc I live in the county? One excuse for is delayed because of weather when it was completely sunny all day the next one was business was closed. Too bad I live in a house and not a business. I have cameras around our property they never even came to my address. I’ve tried idk how many times to call and talk to someone at the location but all I get is some customer service person who says they don’t know how to get in touch with them. Not only did my nephew not get his birthday present bc FedEx can’t do there job I’m still with out my things.

Absolutely no one at the pick up location to try to help me track down a package cannot get a live person on the phone. Horrible.

On June 6, 2025, I went to the Best Buy store at Tulsa Hills on Olympia Avenue to purchase a Samsung S25 Ultra 512GB unlocked. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the color I preferred in stock, so a store associate placed an online order on my behalf. I initially requested in-store pickup, but the employee suggested shipping it to my home address for faster delivery. I agreed.
The phone was meant to be a birthday gift for myself, scheduled to arrive on June 10 — my birthday. I was very excited and couldn’t wait to get home from work to receive it. However, when I got home that day, I found the package sitting by my door. The box felt very light, and I immediately suspected that nothing was inside.
I called FedEx Ground in Broken Arrow, OK, but they said they couldn't help and advised me to call the number on the label: 1-888-237-8289. I called that number and spoke to a woman (possibly with an Indian accent), who said a replacement would be sent. Since then, I have been calling Best Buy customer service every day, but no one could give me a clear answer about when the replacement would be shipped or if I could pick it up locally.
Finally, one representative told me the replacement would be shipped, but I requested to change it to local pickup if available. They confirmed that the exact phone I ordered was available at the 71st & Mingo Best Buy location in Tulsa, OK. I repeatedly asked if it was truly ready for pickup, and they assured me yes.
On June 14, 2025, before leaving my house, I called again to confirm everything was ready, as I didn’t want any complications. I was told the phone would be ready when I arrived. However, when I got to the store, they told me the phone was not ready for pickup. I spent over two hours going back and forth between in-store customer service and phone support, but the issue was not resolved, and I left empty-handed.
Phone support told me they opened a case ID and that the issue would be resolved within three days.
This entire experience has left me deeply frustrated. I no longer trust FedEx, as I suspect the package may have been tampered with or stolen during delivery. I’m also very disappointed with Best Buy’s poor service and miscommunication. At this point, I do not recommend using FedEx as a carrier, and I’m hesitant to trust Best Buy’s service in the future.

Deliveries are consistently running late, and my packages will be “out for delivery” for 2-3 days before they’re actually delivered. They lie about “attempting to deliver” packages that don’t even require signatures to begin with (not even attempting the delivery, no door slip, a picture of a cardboard box instead of our home). I wouldn’t be so upset if this wasn’t an all the time thing. Come on y’all :/

My journey started at the FedEx store on 101st and Elm in Broken Arrow. They sent me across town to this hub.
I was not given directions as to what I was supposed to, except to go there. I originally thought it was another store but as I was driving I realized it was their truck hub. There were no signs to let me know where to go. I had to go to different doors hoping to find someone that could help me. Someone in the back saw me and asked how they could help me (yeah). But they could not help me, and were sent to another door with directions to call the number if no one was there.
I had to wait for someone to get there. Sadly the guy had no idea what to do. He tried to call a supervisor but they did not answer.
I was trying to return a nonworking battery back up to the Amazon seller. It was in the original packaging with a shipping label from the seller.
I had to leave my phone number so they could call me to pick up the package if they could not ship it.
At this hub they need to invest in signage and better trained employees. However, I should never have had to drive across town. Why have a FedEx store if a person cannot ship typical size packages there?

Waiting for my already late Hello Fresh delivery (produce and raw meat in an insulated ice cooled cardboard box) I saw the fedex truck stop in front of my home but drive off not delivering the package. I later found it in the back of my house on a cul de sac next to the street with the afternoon sun beating down on it. Thankfully I found it before it was spoiled. I can’t understand why the driver chose to do this! My weeks worth of dinners, sat next to the street!
