Box delivered completely trashed. Driver tried to hide it.

Hardly ever delivers on time. I order chewy with enough days notice that I don’t run out of food for my animals. Dogs food is delivered no problem. EMU food is 4/5 times “lost in transit”. I’m over FedEx. If I could leave no stars I would.

Multiple failed 'delivery attempts' while we were home. Finally called to have them leave it at the depot so we could pick it up. Package was ripped and torn up, we refused pick up and sent our package back. FedEx made everything twice as hard with very little room for a solution and no remorse for package damage.
