I wouldn't ship anything through fed ex ground in broken arrow Oklahoma. I have on camera the driver throwing my package and breaking it. Now fed ex says it's not their problem I have to take it up with temu cause they shipped it. Don't even care that their driver is breaking people's stuff. That's ridiculous. What a horrible bunch of people.

Worst drivers in the world! Drop off packages at my mailbox and claim front door delivery, front door is 300 feet from mailbox! Packages end up being stolen because of inept employees. Go UPS, at least they're reliable. Try and call in a complaint and you get transferred to a call center overseas with people that don't speak English.

Package is 9 days late and no one can give me a straight answer of why my package has not been delivered and goes back and forth from out to delivery and back to broken arrow everyday.

Fed Ex is the worst there needs to be a negative star review. Package was supposed to be a two day delivery still don’t have it a week later, now I’ve stayed home two different days saying it’s going to be delivered and never shows

There should be a zero star option. One star is much too generous. Fedex Ground is the worst ever delivery entity. Due to that division being operated by contractors, its a toss up on what you're gonna get, if you ever get anything. More Fedex ground shipments are late at this location than on time. Its gotten to the point where we go out of our way to order and purchase merchandise from entities that never use Fedex for shipping anything. One of those is Walmart. We wont even bother going to the Walmart website. They are losing a lot of money simply because they refuse to offer alternatives the Fedex for shipping. I hope Fedex just eventually dies off because they are of no value when they cant deliver packages on time or maybe even not at all.

Extremely angry….. ok was waiting on a package… and was tracking it as well… so the fedex truck was in my area and i was at home … so I checked on my poarch for my package nothing was there … so i tracked it again n it said no one was at home thats a lie i was at home ….no knock on the door or even a ring on the door bell … called customer service they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it n have to wait on them to bring it to me again tomorrow ???

They lay your package anywhere they want. Even when you give them explicit directions. I cannot believe that a large corporation cannot get a address. If you get it right you get the lottery.

So far at this point, I wish I could give it zero stars. I was to be delivered 3 packages. Driver showed delivering 3 packages, but he only delivered 2.

Multiple deliveries have required signatures instead of ringing the bell or knocking on the door they walk up put a tag on the door and leave. This is on video. The distribution hub is known for horrible service and management there ignores all inquiries into this issue.

Pathetic, My AC has been at the building since Wednesday. It is now Saturday. Driver lied and said no-one was home on Friday, but someone was there and the package was supposed to be delivered without a signature anyway. FedEx 800 number keeps saying they are busy and behind. That is not my problem. Delivery was scheduled and they blew it, and now I can't even pick it up at the facility, so it will sit on my porch all week while I am out of town. Why couldn't the seller (Walmart) use UPS....

Consistently receive terrible service and customer service. Delivery drivers are lazy, dishonest and clearly don’t care much about their work. You can provide helpful & detailed delivery instructions, yet they will still not attempt delivery if it takes too much effort. So many of my packages have been delayed because of this location. You have to request a call from the distribution center itself from the 1-800 number and they never call like they are supposed to. ????

Two day delivery????Nope.Going on day 4, tracking says it's still not scheduled for delivery.Refund the charge for the delivery time paid for??Nope.Guaranteed service???Nope.Even had a customer service lady tell me she was glad to see it left the Memphis facility, because many never do when they get there.285 miles from the shipper, couldn't pull it off in 4 days.No integrity, no customer service, not getting any more of my business.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I have order 2 phones from Samsung. One a second replacement for the first one stolen, first was taken out of the package completely, the second delivery was also take out of the package and replaced with 3 Samsung wireless chargers. Twice in less than one month. Unacceptable. I hope you lose your contract with Samsung. Disgusting. Also concerning regarding who you are sending out to peoples houses.
