“I have always had such great service at this Walmart! I started getting oil changes here and today I needed tires.
My tires were getting old and then I picked up a metal tool which caused a flat in one of them that was too large to do a simple repair. Because I needed a new tire I decided to replace all 4 because they were getting worn (they were all 6-7 year old tires). My service today was very fast. The estimation was an hour and they got me in and out within the hour. I checked in at 3pm and was walking back to my car at 3:55pm.
This morning (11/3) I even got a call asking if I placed an order on tires because it was the last four tires left and they wanted to make sure no one else got them before I came in.

My only complaint that is also a human error would be I didn’t tell the associate I wanted to keep my tire stem caps that had flags on them ? but they’re $6 on Amazon so not a huge deal.”
“I know people are quick to complain. I am the opposite. When I have a great experience with a company or someone at a company, I want them to know how appreciative I am for the excellent customer service, being quick and efficient, knowing the job that needs to be performed and not over charging for that job. I called the Coweta location and was not impressed, as they had many excuses as to why they couldn’t put 4 new tires on my vehicle, and he argued with me. I then drove to the Coweta location hoping it was a misunderstanding about the size I needed, and they still were not of help. They said to order my tires online, but it wouldn’t allow me to because it was saying the tire size was incorrect and it was not.
I then decided to call the location in Broken Arrow off of 121st and Elm. I believe I spoke to a gentleman named Danielle J. He had longer brown hair. He knew exactly what he was talking about, and he knew what I needed. He said come on in and he would fit me right in, and he did. They replaced 4 new tires for me in less than an hour. I was shocked in the best way! My car drives great now! Also, thank you to Christian for taking the time to do the job right! Thank you both for exceeding my expectations! I will be coming back to your location for my vehicle needs.”
“I was absolutely impressed with the team’s communication. Letting each team member know what has been completed , what needs to be started and such leaves very little room for error. The tech that was doing my billing told me I would need a coolant flush in the near future but, since I was already getting oil and differential fluid change, it could wait until next visit. I decided, because of his honesty, to go ahead and get the coolant flush as well. All in all I had a very good experience. I will recommend others and I will return in the future.”
