3rd Strike....
#1. Shortly after Norton took over the dealership from Matthew's (car was bought at this dealership) I went in to have the tires replaced on both my Focus ST and on my F150, I was told that they would have to be ordered in AND I would have to prepay them upfront....Really ?!?!? So, reluctantly i did. They were supposed to be in the next day.
#2. Never heard back the next day, so I went in the following day.....still not there. I asked for my money back and was told that I couldn't get it back since they were "special order" Funny, Robertson had them in stock. Reluctantly I was refunded.
#3. Received a recall notice from Ford for a canister purge valve. After a discussion with the service writer on the phone, I was basically told in not so many words that I would be wasting my time, and from the tone of the conversation, theirs as well.
Well done, y'all! You just chased away a customer to a competitor!

Service worked me in without an appointment. I had had to cancel one appointment and then forgot another one.
No one made any mention of that at al. They were knowledgeable, professional, and personable
I thought I had a bad oxygen sensor, but in reality I needed a new catalytic converter
It was under warranty and they took care of it with no charge. I had no idea my 2020 F150 had any warranty left! I had an excellent experience with them and highly recommend them

I appreciate the reminders about my appointment. Annette was ready with my paperwork when I arrived and she was most helpful in arranging a shuttle ride home for me to get home while my car was being repaired. She was aware of my long list of recalls and worked with the service center team to get as much done as possible in the time allowed. Hands down better service compared to the other dealership runarounds I've had in recent years .

Very impressed with the Saturday Quicklane service. The guys got my vehicle in quick and took care of everything and I was on my way. Great service when weekdays can be a struggle to get even the simple oil change taken care of. Hands down recommend.

We had a good experience and it was a nice surprise to get the part same day after we had been told it may be a few months.
