We had decided to purchase a new 2024 Outer Banks Bronco Sport to replace her 2017 Escape Titanium with just shy of 100,000 miles. She had picked out a color that was her first choice, but none of the dealers in and around Tahlequah, OK, where we live, had one in stock. Since we were in the Tulsa area for an appointment we thought we'd swing through Jim Norton's lot in Broken Arrow to see what she thought of the ones they had in stock. As we cruised the lot we were met by a salesman named Scott Murr.Scott was friendly and easy to talk to. We told him that she really wanted the Hot Pepper Red color, but knew they didn't have one and we weren't in the Escape we were going to trade. He said that was no problem, if we would come in for a few minutes he'd see what he could do to get her what she wanted. Bottom line in less than 2 hours we were in business with Jim Norton Ford to trade for a Hot Pepper Red model, equipped exactly like we wanted, they were able to secure from a dealer in Guthrie, OK.The process was smooth and simple. We got a fair trade in offer for the Escape, sight unseen, based on our word of its condition. We never felt any pressure from Scott or the dealership to accept a deal we weren't happy with. Two days later we returned with the Escape and its title, to pick up the new Bronco Sport. At delivery Scott thoroughly went through all the features of the Bronco and helped us get connected with Ford Pass on our smart phones. He even went with us on a short drive to make sure my wife was comfortable with everything.We would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a new Ford to seek out Scott Murr at Jim Norton Ford. Based on our experience, we are sure that he and the dealership will treat you well.

I hands down had the best car buying experience I have ever had here. Jon was very attentive and listened to everything I had to say and got me in and out in about an hour. Financing was a breeze too. Charlie did a great job and Mike made sure everything was good and i was in the payment range I wanted. 10/10 recommend!

We purchased my vehicle roughly a month ago and the screen was glitching constantly. I took my vehicle in last week to get it looked at. After an hour and lots of communication the service department had done a software update. I got exceptional service and my screen is now fixed! 10 out of 10 I recommend Zach (my salesman)
