I want to give a great big thank you to Addie at branch nine in Broken Arrow. . When at the drive-in, I dropped the cylinder which went underneath my car. She came out and got the cylinder and provided courteous and professional service. RCB Bank, that’s my bank. Great employees great customer service.

I went today to cash my checks, the lady who checked me out was so sweet! She asked me what I did for FedEx and just talk to me, I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing yellow and gold jewelry! Than one guy waved to me out! Made my day, thank you
