He is very busy which I could see, when we arrived at Genesis. My car is still able to be driven so I can wait. I am very pleased with Genesis so far but we will have to see how my insurance is going to behave.”

We purchased tires from a tire shop in Fort Smith not even a year ago, and they must have been terrible quality and that tire shop wouldn’t make things right when the tread fell out of the tires. So, my husband called Cavanal and they gave us a fantastic deal on 2 new tires and put them on for us today. We learned our lesson for sure.. stick to the shops that treat you right.. They had us in and out in under an hour and their customer service is amazing.”

“Guys when I do a shoutout you know its genuine and let me tell ya… if yall need some car repairs this is the place to go! Went to have my coils and sparkplugs replaced at 204k miles ?♀️ ? and shoutout to Dodge my coils were still in great shape. The plugs not so much ?i got there at 7:30 for a 8am appointment and they got me right in and was done in little over an hour. I mentioned that i had a couple other things i wasn’t sure about and Juan said he’d do a diagnostic to see what it pulled up and it was a thorough diagnostic and they gave me a list of everything with estimated labor cost for each item. I must say everything the diagnostic pinged matches to exactly what has been messing up on the car. And you just have to let them know a day before you need it done. Not like the avg shop that takes two weeks to get you in and 5 weeks to get it done!?I didn’t get the lady’s name but she is super sweet and this family business deserves 5 stars ? ???? for sure! And less than half of what other shops wanted to charge! Thanks guys!! I’m a customer for life!!”

“I had an interesting experience early this morning while on the way to the doctor. I realized that I had a tire consistently losing air and I was going to be in a bit of trouble if I didn’t pull over soon. The mechanics at Anglen happened to be outside preparing for their day in the early morning hours, 45 minutes earlier than they were scheduled to open. I pulled in and asked for help and there was me hesitation in 4 willing employees to change my tire and get the spare on. They did not ask for money but instead wished me well and worked quickly to make sure that I made it to my 7:30 appointment! Good Samaritans exist and it was a surprising and unplanned pleasantry dealing with these gentlemen! Thank you again!”
