“I had an interesting experience early this morning while on the way to the doctor. I realized that I had a tire consistently losing air and I was going to be in a bit of trouble if I didn’t pull over soon. The mechanics at Anglen happened to be outside preparing for their day in the early morning hours, 45 minutes earlier than they were scheduled to open. I pulled in and asked for help and there was me hesitation in 4 willing employees to change my tire and get the spare on. They did not ask for money but instead wished me well and worked quickly to make sure that I made it to my 7:30 appointment! Good Samaritans exist and it was a surprising and unplanned pleasantry dealing with these gentlemen! Thank you again!”

“He was upfront and honest about what he could do to fix the dent my 80 year old Dad got in his Cadillac. When I went to pick it up he said he was disappointed he couldn't get it out completely, even though it was pretty much as he had described and reduced the agreed upon price. “I had a Vararam Cold Air intake installed as well as full speed engineering exhaust w/ headers on a C6 Corvette. Also Dyno tuned

Let’s start with the good:
-Communication was very good and definitely far better than other local shops.
-They were willing to listen to my vision of what I want the car to be and accommodate with helpful advice based on what they’ve experienced in the past.
-Called prior to installing anything after price came out higher than expected.
-Dyno tune made my shifts smoother and definitely made the car feel more in tune and alive and they even sent me videos of it on the tune as i requested.
-Cutting (ac shroud) to fit the intake came out very clean and looks professional.
- Exhaust fitment isn’t 100% perfect at the rear but it still looks good and I had a cheaper exhaust so it’s a bit to be expected.
-Worked on a time crunch and still met my deadline.
-Was willing to compromise a bit on price due to incorrect quote so I didn’t feel as if it was intentional since they ate some of the costs as well.

Cons:
-My only true negative is the price change. The communication made up for it since he called as soon as he realized the mistake and cleared things up. The price was roughly $1k more than expected but during the quote.
There were some supporting mods that needed to be done (gaskets, spark plugs. Etc.) nothing too crazy but necessary. We came to a deal that ultimately saved me some money even though I paid more than expected, it was still less than what it would had been if I were quoted correctly initially.
It’s honestly not a big gripe for me and I’ll be bringing my vehicle back here again in the future because the communication made up for the mistake. We’re all human but it wouldn’t be a fair review if I didn’t mention all the details, some may not be as understanding as I am.

In conclusion:
-I’m very satisfied with how I received my car and how involved it felt like they were in helping me piece my build together. I honestly believe we were a bit carried away in the vision of the car when I got my initial misquote so I have a lot of grace. If anything I believe the mistake occurred for the right reasons, not just carelessness. Yes I would do business with them again.
Decided to still give 5 stars despite mistake made at register simply because I felt like it was handled professionally.”
