Go in past the scale onto the other side of the building. The shipping/receiving offices are both there.

“Didn’t have any issues at this location. I was able to find everything I needed and checkout went smoothly. I haven’t been to a Dollar General in a while and all I needed was a temporary litter scooper, I found it super fast and it worked great. I was also pleasantly surprised by how big the store was!”
