One of the worst internet providers in the area. They screw over the rural customers by charging almost $70 per month for internet with a max speed of 20 Mbps. Avoid if you can.

5 days now we have been trying to get someone out here to restore our internet. Customer service is horrible with this company. They do nothing but lie. Hold time to talk to someone 1st time 3 hrs. 2nd time 2hrs plus. Electric company put internet in out here. I'm Getting rid of consolidated i,m tired of the problems.

They got an extra Star because the technician workers local are really nice and hard working. The customer service and the internet sucks. I never get the strength that I’m paying for and it is always dropping to 1 or less. So frustrating.
