They got an extra Star because the technician workers local are really nice and hard working. The customer service and the internet sucks. I never get the strength that I’m paying for and it is always dropping to 1 or less. So frustrating.

We have used consolidated for years and there has been a downward trend overall for awhile. Recently, trying to contact customer service helped me make the decision to switch to something else if at all possible. The experience was less than one star, I’m leaving three stars for the actual internet service.

It would be unfair for me to leave a bad review because I can't receive their service.. but their customer service sucks which is why 3 stars.
